The funny thing about Trump and his circle of billionaires is that they treat money as a number. Not a problem except they seek to add to that number regardless of how many people they hurt. They are Mammon worshipers....in a nation they claim is Christian.

IMO, they are not Christians and neither is anyone who supports this behavior.

From my extremely limited understanding of avocado prices, I was under the impression they were likely to go up. And that was before the threat of tariffs pushing prices up.

Or do you mean you are shorting avocado futures, and expect prices of avocados to go up?

Dumb question since he's talking about items we EXPORT to Canada.

The upshot being that with Canadians paying higher prices for American imported goods, they will purchase less of them. Lower sales = less revenue/profit for American businesses = possible job losses.

You really ought'nt comment about issues you have no unner-stand'n of.
