Kamala Harris and Joe Rogan

I think of Trump doing the black journalists interview. He knew he was walking into hostile territory but if his goal (or any politicians) is to win more voters of a certain group it certainly helps to at least speak to them.
I respect Trump's fearless approach to interviews. Walking into the Black Journalist Convention was impressive he knew they would be out for blood but he went anyway.

Or for instance doing something like 2 hours with Bloomberg, knowing that Regime Media is gunning for him.....He did it so well that most of it was never released or talked about I am pretty sure.....I only heard about it on Alt-Media.

As bad as Newsom is I gave him credit for having his 'debate' with DeSantis on Hannity. (Of course it's rare for a Democrat to be in hostile territory while it's a more regular occurrence for Republicans).

Harris made a strategic choice to not do many interviews and then when doing them basically having them be in friendly territory. It doesn't seem to have paid off.

It was a disaster for him, he did it to prove that he is ready.....he demonstrated the opposite.

People locally thought he did spectacularly. Either way the principle is if politicians want votes you will likely have to appear in less than favorable surroundings.

If you don't make an effort for people's votes is it surprising that you don't get a high number of them? It's why I shake my head when people play the 'it was because she was a woman' card.

Your Boomerism is showing regarding Twitter (with the caveats I offered before)
It’s a gamble, as I said, with a hundred days, she had to pick and choose where she directed her efforts

And I have been saying for years if not longer that a women can not be elected President, unfortunately, it is still a generation away, playing the bro card was a no brainer, and it appealed to that demographic

And tweets are generally useless, you might label it boomerism, but I need content than relying on sweeping statements usually by nobodies to feel informed

The Fox interview was only 22 minutes and she DID NOT do well. Her team was giving the let's wrap this up sign to help end the interview as soon as they saw her foundering.
Well, a Fox loyalist wouldn’t think so, but her mere appearance showed mettle, and the fact the interviewer had to publicly apologize says a lot

They said the same about minorities and Obama crushed through that ceiling.

You know a good way to make sure something doesn’t happen? Keep saying that it won’t.

Agreed

I was mildly surprised she showed up. I think they thought she could filibuster and keep the interview short and could say I did Fox! Bret wasn't having the filibuster part and forced her to engage more. Bret's interrupting her filibuster so he could get more questions and answers in a short 22 minute interview looked like harassment. If Kamala had not tried to filibuster the interview would have gone more smoothly.
