Maybe it is time for Congress to get off their ass and appropriate some money to these victims, The President nor the VP can spend any money if it is not appropriated by Congress.

The President can NOT spend any money CONGRESS doesn't appropriate and it all has to start in the House and the Republicans are in control of the House.
It is time that they pass a law that everything has to be stand alone bills and when they appropriate money they have to make sure it is in the bill that that money is ONLY used for what it was appropriated for and STOP all this pork BS.
Appropriate more money for the Hurricane victims and make sure it is the bill that it can ONLY be used for them.

Here's the deal, that money is a right now deal breaker...no waiting on FEMA, no waiting on the bureaucracy of the Red Cross, etc....right now, 750 bucks in your pockets for you to get you things you need now....but where you gonna spend those dollars for some parts of the country? But for places where commerce is still viable, trust, that 750 will go a long way until other gov agencies get to you...when my town was hit under Trump, we got nothing, but the wait until FEMA got to us.
