From skimming the first couple hundred pages of Cooper's book it's talking about structure and methods of the NWO cabal.
Epperson goes straight into the world events and shows how conventional history is a lie. He tells what really happened.
I've only looked at one chapter so, far. That's Chapter 25 The Atomic Bomb (pgs 299 - 303). It is so error ridden that it's worthless. For example on the second atomic bombing mission, he offers this:
One author offers an explanation: "Hiroshima and Nagasaki... were the chief centers in Japan of a native Christian population."’
That is so idiotic as to be laughed off the page. Major Sweeney's plane was scheduled to drop the atomic bomb on Kokura, not Nagasaki. On arrival, that target was 70% cloud cover and smoke from firebombing Yahata, nearby, the previous day rendered the target not visible. Because his orders were to only drop on a visible target, Sweeney aborted the primary target and after some discussion selected Nagasaki, one of his secondary targets. The choice had more to do with the plane being critically low on fuel (due to a mechanical issue) and the target position meant they could make an emergency landing on Okinawa.
In fact, the aim point was misjudged and much of Nagasaki spared destruction because of it.
The author brings up Patton's conspiracy theories but fails to mention anything about George Kennan, probably the most influential state department official with respect to post war US policy towards the Soviet Union.
What I see in that 5 page chapter--and I'm not speaking on the rest of the book, just the chapter I looked at, at semi-random--the author has a superficial knowledge of events and late war US political policy and maneuvering. In a word, the chapter is tripe.
