Thomas has set a bar that even Bret cannot crawl under. He has been on a long term nap. Still takes the checks though. He does not even believe the Supremes should not be political because it puts their judgments into question. His wife is a tea bagger organizer and he speaks at far righty /John Birch meetings. He does not care what that does to the court. We are getting used to rightys politicizing the court and ignoring long term norms.
