Kilmar Abrego Garcia's wife ‘covered’ his knuckle tattoos in old post

If they aren't and are something benign, then why hasn't that explanation come out?

I don't know. Nothing has been brought up in court.

Usually in old America one had to be found guilty of a crime to be sent to prison.

After all, few people go get tattoos,

I know it's 4/20, dude, but honesty you should put the ganja down. It's Easter. Spend some time with family.

particularly ones that are going to normally be visible, at random or for no particular reason. There's a reason those specific tattoos are on his fingers, what is it?

LOL.

You're dumb

That's the point, Terry, as you 20-30 years ago would have known; "Due Process" or, as in this case, the lack thereof.

Unless you want to deport all violent gang members to El Salvador, not just the brown ones, then I may be interested.

Exactly my point.

Enough was in 2019 to have the court declare him a member of MS 13 and note that he did not object or otherwise raise a defense to the claim.

Are you really saying that people get random tattoos all the time, that they walk into a tattoo shop and tell the artist, "Suprise me"?

He got due process. Hell, he was in court enough times that they should have installed a revolving door. The only thing that wasn't followed in his deportation was sending him to El Salvador instead of to some other host country that would take him.

And I'd like to see all violent gang members who are NOT US citizens, like Abrego Gracia, deported to somewhere like El Salvador where they're slapped in prison and that's that. We, America, have to deal with our homegrown gangsters. We shouldn't have to deal with everybody else's.

No the court did not declare him a member of MS 13

Although the Court is reluctant to give evidentiary weight to the Respondent's clothing as an indication of gang affiliation, the fact that a "past, proven, and reliable source of information" verified the Respondent's gang membership, rank, and gang name is sufficient to support that the Respondent is a gang member, and the Respondent has failed to present evidence to rebut that assertion.

The original court documents say otherwise.

That's not a finding, that's a claim. It's innocent until proven guilty not "well some 'informant' said it so it must be trooooooo"

It is a finding of the court on 29 April 2019. At the time, being in MS 13 was not a chargeable offense. It was simply evidence of behavior that could influence a bail setting, or enhance sentencing for some crime. Now, with Trump's order making MS 13 a terrorist group, members can be charged with a crime simply by being in the gang.

The court further found that he had outstanding bench warrants for traffic offenses, 4 of them. So, he also had and has criminal charges against him as a result of that.

Indeed it does.

75% of deportations under the Obama administration (2009–2017) were nonjudicial removals

He's a member of MS 13. The courts ruled on that and he didn't object or appeal that ruling. That makes him a terrorist because Trump--like it or not--can designate MS 13 a terrorist organization and by extension, Abrego Garcia is therefore a terrorist.
Right. He's misusing designations to circumvent the Bill of Rights.

Reasonable people, who actually care about are constitution and Bill of Rights, would see a problem with that.

He's also ignoring the Supreme Court's orders.

Reasonable people would also have a huge problem with that.

When the president starts ignoring the courts, specifically the supreme court, and just does what he or she wants to do, that's called a king.

No, ma'am. "we're" supposed to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic even if it means giving those same assholes due process before hanging or deporting them.

The fact you don't embrace this point means you do not support the Constitution. I suspect you are worse; that you, too, are an enemy of the Constitution. Is that true, Ms. Edwina? Are you an enemy of the Constitution or do you support it. Which is it, dear?
