that is the only reason the republi'can' establishment won't vote for Trump.

They love his 'tax cuts' and know lots more will come with another term for him, but he is so erratic and so set on revenge and destruction in trying to realign America with Russia and Turkey and Hungary and other despot nations that he might just destroy much of America's competitiveness in the world economy, costing them more money than his tax cuts get them.

Trump is a wild card when big money, and the Globalist who pushed him thru last time, like certainty.

Anyone calling Haley a RINO is just an idiot. Trump is the RINO. The only thing 'Republi'can' about him is 'tax cuts for the rich'. Haley has far more republi'can' cred than Trump. Trump is a MAGAT, not a republi'can'.

If Haley was to win, Trump would still run as an independent even if she promised to pardon him on all Federal charges, because she could not save him from Georgia and other State charges like Georgia, in other States coming. Only as POTUS does he gain some protection from the State charges, at least for as long as he is in office. And by the time he was out of office (which he would try to make 'never') he would be much older and thus closer to death thus diminishing any punishment time he could get.

Another reason for the alt-lefties to vote for Trump. The evil Kochs that the leftie talking head howler monkeys screeched about for years represent BIG OIL now hate Trump, it clearly means Trump did nothing for them personally.
Any self-respecting leftie ought to glue their Prius and cast their vote for BIG OIL's enemy.

Trump and the Kochs never got along, too much narcissism and ego on both sides, plus the brothers hated Trump due to his personal use of the office of the presidency thereby strengthening the Federal Gov’t, which offended their supposed libertarian principles. Supposed being emphasized, being top dog in the GOP was the primary motive

And to say the Kochs didn’t benefit from Trump is ludicrous, they obviously weren’t at MaraLago the night the tax cut passed but they were certainly included in the group that Trump boasted that he “just made them a lot of money”
 
trump has competition for the nomination, with nearly half of all Republicans going to vote for someone else. Biden has the complete support of Democrats. This will show in the general election.

While I do not support her politically, I respect her and understand that she respects the basis of the founding of our Nation and she holds fundamental American values. She respects the Constitution.

I suspect she would defeat Biden, I hope I am wrong... But at least it would ensure Trump would not get back in the White House and never again have access to the power of the President of the United States. It would be much harder for him to launch another coup attempt from outside the White House.

I don't think Republican Party is going to nominate a woman or a minority as it's presidential candidate in our lifetimes.

I agree with much of this, but find it appalling that we let money buy a political office -- especially the highest in the land.

I dislike her political positions, yet she is still intelligent, somewhat ethical, and a far cut above the two closest to her on the (R) side -- the Toadstool and DeSantis.
