L.A. Braces for ‘Explosive Fire Growth’ From Dangerous Winds

What's hard about it? Do you prepare for it by having the only big reservoir in the area down, and empty, during the height of the Santa Ana winds season? Is that how you prepare for it? Do you prepare for it by passing legislation to construct new reservoirs over a decade ago, and then never building a single one? And in fact, eliminating a bunch of them? I don't know man, I get the feeling you're willing to forgive any malfeasance from the Democrat Party.

I'm open to the idea that politicians are at fault.

But is there more than just the reservoir story? Every expert I've seen has said that a wildfire like this, w/ winds like this, is basically unstoppable.

Will we get this kind of scrutiny in FL next time a hurricane wipes out thousands of homes? Or next time there is a rash of tornadoes in red states?
