30,000 gallons of water that could have likely saved that mansion went to waste. Note that the trees right around the home didn't burn for the most part. This was caused by embers and wind and a sprinkler system on the house would have likely saved it.
Look at all the pools full of water that weren't used to keep houses from burning down.
