The House of Representatives passed Biden’s "American Rescue Plan" yesterday. That’s too bad. The ARP is simply too big and wastes too much money.

The new $1.9 trillion package comes on top of more than $4 trillion of money appropriated by Congress over the past year.

It’s also important to note that $1 trillion of previously approved funds have yet to be spent.
