No, you can check this out, but trump went to Fordham for the first two years, and was not required to retake courses he missed.
There are a couple of other details you get wrong. Bush got a 2.35 GPA, there really is not much lower than that. Kerry got a 76% GPA, which is a different system, but basically the same GPA. Bush's GPA was leaked, and neither trump's nor Obama's GPA have been leaked.
But we know that Obama graduated magna cum laude, and we know that trump never got any honors, and chose not to take the courses at UPenn that he missed.
