KY is out of unemployment funds and are having to brorow from the feds at 4% interest.

Seems like I recall our past guv cutting the rates businesses pay for unemployment insurance.
After all we were going to have a 40k DOW who would need unemployment ins?
 
Yeah, Gov. Gregoire had an interesting take on the deficit during the election cycle:

And she got reelected after that ad 3D? If so the other guy must have really sucked, or got caught by the Bush effect.

Yeah, 90% of her attack ads invoked Bush. Dino Rossi had bands of followers in 2004 as well as 2008 called Dinocrats. Somehow Gregoire--who lost 3 counts in 2004 before Elections Director Dean Logan (of Seattle's King County) could steal the election away. He was later ousted from the position, but the damage was done--was able to win this time with a small majority... I would say the Bush effect was the cause, because Gregoire has been pissing people off non-stop since she took over. Many people who are fed up with King County politics even blamed her for some of its less fathomable activities, yet she still won.
