Corporate boards consist of fellow corporate leaders and many people appointed by the head of the board. Not a democracy and not middle class. They do not meet very often either. A corporate head often has a seat on several boards.
 
How is Nicauragua doing compared to Honduras right now? You know the one ruled by ebil socialists compared to the one that had a coup followed by a military imposed fake election to elect a hard rightist? Man that rightist capitalist president somehow didn't make Honduras into a paradise, so strange huh?
