Hello, I am a conservative Republican. I am willing to argue any policy you leftist want, but I worn you I use facts, and facts don't care about your feelings. I will not argue for a politician I will simply beat all you leftists in an argument about any policy.
 
I already said I will not defend a politician, but to answer your question Trump is not a conservative. Trump's policies are a mismatch of conservative ideas, protectionist ideas, and leftist ideas. In fact Trump supported Hillary Clinton in 2008 and he was a democrat until he announced he was running for office. Now if any of you leftists have a leftists or conservative policy you want to debate I am more than happy to crush you.

At first I was puzzled by your post but then I figured it out. Any thing a lefty says that you don't agree with you can win the argument by simply calling whatever he said as 'fake news'.
 
No I will not call it fake news I will argue the policy and prove my side by using facts, not by calling it "fake news". Just because Donald Trump calls things "fake news" does not mean I will. I don't understand why it is taking all you leftists so much time to figure out this thread. I will not defend a politician, I am not a protectionist I am a conservative, and I am willing to argue against any leftist policy. Now that I have cleared all that up again, does anyone want to argue me in a respectable debate.

Well if you believe in international military alliances then that makes you liberal on that issue. Not conservative. Conservatives believe in isolationism or unilateralism (America First). Liberals believe in liberal internationalism in which mutually beneficial multinational alliances are agreed to like the ones that won WWII and the Cold War. That's also true in trade.

Obviously, since you oppose conservative protectionism ( and protectionism is by definition conservative) and believe in liberal internationalism then you are liberal on this issue and not conservative.

I thought you said you were conservative but now your supporting liberal policy. So which are you liberal or conservative?

OK fine on this one policy I have a liberal view but any other policy you want to debate I am happy to. I will debate healthcare, or abortion, or taxes, or any other policy besides protectionist policy.

Sure. If you are intelligent we will end up in some moderate position. So I've already gamed it out, and therefore the debate is not required.

But in case you are an idiot, I'll pick poverty. Resolved-Republicans want most humans poor.

Well conservatives in my younger life were free trade, and liberals were for barriers promulgated by desire to strengthen unions. Then the democrats caved and adopted the whole comparative advantage free trade thing.

I think you're conflating liberals with unions here. I'm old enough to Remember when Republicans supported Unions too and Unions made the catastrophic decision to pretty much unilaterally back Democrats. Probably the biggest mistake Unions ever made.

its true that Republicans used to be for free trade and Democrats were against it.......then, about the time it became obvious it wasn't working Dems decided they loved it and Republicans are against it........go figure.....
