CUTTING SPENDING IS NOW FASCIST

Trumpys make me weep for America. They're such suckers for an incompetent demented conman. This is what an AI says about Trump's selections for administrative positions.

You leftards are tone deaf idiots.
Gaetz has no baggage. They're still not seein' that ethics report because it ain't happenin'.
Recess appointments and no Senate swamp involved, and the Senate will be on notice.

I'm tired of this propagandist crap.
It wasn't like that for over 2 centuries in America. It needs to get back to like it was.

:wrongkiddo:

Our history is filled with shit like this (and we're not unique).

Some of our earliest political campaigns were really rough

The campaign between Andy Jackson (the first Democrat POTUS) and John Quincy Adams (a Founding Father) in 1828 was one of the nastiest. His opponents claimed that Jackson murdered someone. (He had killed one man, in a duel, in 1806).

Jackson's backers said Adams hired prostitutes to gain influence in Russia. Sound familiar?

Jackson’s relationship with his wife was called "adultery" since she had been previously married.

We have had physical fights between politicians, too.

Here's one example: In 1856, Senator Charles Sumner was beaten with a cane at by Senator Preston Brooks on the floor of the United States Senate.

These are just a handful of examples.

Read some history.
