Every time low intel conservatives like Evmetro try to defend Trump's "go back to where you came from" the country breaks into mocking laughter at Trump and his bots.
That's nonsense. When people call the Squad "Communists," I think that's totally fucking stupid, but I know it has nothing to do with race. However, if someone says something racial that was commonly said to black and brown people, I'm going to accept that it is racial.
If someone told a group of Jews that the Holocaust never happened, would you see that as anti-semitic? Or would you just say, well he just doesn't believe the Holocaust happened, that's fair.
To identify Trump's rhetoric about people going "back to where they came from" as racist is just wrong. Race is not a geographic thing, so it is racist to imply that Trump's rhetoric has anything to do with race. Hating America is not a race, so these America-hating lefties that Trump referred to were not identified as a race. Since racism is about race, and Trump did not identify any race, there cannot be racism. Lefties however, show their racism by implying that "back where they came from" is a designated place where a certain race is from.
He said nothing racial and even clarified his remarks countless times, so you’re accepting nothing but fevered assumptions based on skin color.

Telling non-white people to "go back to your country" is a common trope. Three of these women were born in America and all four of them are American citizens. So the comments made no sense outside of this common trope that non-white people aren't American, even if born here.
If they were of Irish descent would it still be racist?
Or when the playboy reporter told Sebastian Gorka to “go home” the other day, journalists and twitter pundits of course defended the reporter.
We can debate that, but it's besides the point. The point is Trump was saying that non-white people aren't American, even if they're born here and have citizenship.

Nobody is saying Trump is racist for criticizing non-white people. The accusation is that he's using a common racial trope by telling non-white people to go back to their countries, even though three of them were born here and all four have citizenship, and he has never said this to white people he hates.
Yes, because I'm familiar with this trope blah, blah, blah.
Race is a geographic thing.
Telling blacks to go back to Africa, which is a common version of what Trump said is obviously that and more.
Trump talked about shithole countries. We know Trump does not tell people to go back to Sweden.
Telling people to go back where they came from has been a racist insult for a blah, blah, blah...
It's Trump and his cultists who hate America and all that it stands for. They also hate Jesus and all that He stands for.To identify Trump's rhetoric about people going "back to where they came from" as racist is just wrong. Evmetro is not capable of realizing anything that is outside of his worship of Trump.Telling non-white people to "go back to your country" is a common trope. It's like when people say the Holocaust didn't happen. Could a person just honestly believe the Holocaust didn't happen? Sure. But denying the Holocaust is a common trope used against Jews. If someone were to tell four Jewish congress officials that they need to stop complaining about the Holocaust because it didn't happen, we would all know that person was being anti-semitic.
I think you're smart enough to know that Trump did this to play to the Alt-Right. And personally, I agree with him. To be American, you have to be white. I just don't understand why his supporters won't admit that they feel the same way.
If Trump is targeting his remarks at people of certain races, or people who are not of a certain race, then those remarks would meet the definition of racist.Watch how they twist the plain meaning of language to pretend the statement is racist. In reality, they are racist because they believe only white people can handle criticism.
Purest denial. Which is all you ever have.He said no such thing.
Yes, it's an ethnicity. I believe that you have to be white in order to belong to the American ethnicity.
Is that racist? I don't know. But Trump definitely said what he did in order to try to get people like me on his side.
