Legal weed did not end the world! Democrat exclaims!

You pretending you determine what party I belong to? I have stated for the past twenty+ years that I am registered as an independent, I am socially moderate, economically conservative and that if I HAD to choose a party it would be Libertarian. That has not changed.

You can't be a Libertarian, you don't support abortion, sorry! :)

LMAO... which is one of the reasons I stay an Independent. That said, pretty sure you don't have to agree with every policy position of a party to be a member of that party.

Unless of course you go by the Desh standards of 'you a closeted right winger if you disagree with anything I say'...

Well, according to certain posters it makes you a faux Libertarian. It is why I don't have a party because none shares all my convictions.

Not part of the platform. We have no official position. But additionally, disagreement with one part of the party would not invalidate membership.

Lol, chickens!

Then this calling each other faux Libertarians is just trolling, got it!

Actually, they believe government should stay out of it, does Superfreak?

I believe you will find Libertarians conflicted...

some think the government should stay out of it... these are the ones that believe the unborn should not possess human rights protections.

some think the unborn should have human rights protections... thus the government should do protect their right to life.

That said, I don't recall the party itself ever stating a claim as to a party position on the issue.

I just stated it, I went to the site a d read their position and they say both sides have good positions, do it is personal, but government should stay out of the issue.

You did not answer my question, Is that the same POTUS whose Justice Department is not enforcing portions of the federal Drug Law in Colorado?

You were asked to prove your claim...so prove it.

Obama's DOJ didn't tell me what they were doing this week, did they tell you ?

Regardless of Obama's trend on the topic, it is clear that the Democratic party is the one more favorable to Marijuana legalization at almost all levels.

Of course they are; they need more brain dead dullards in the population to vote for them.

While I don't agree with the portion of your sentence after the break... I am happy to see a Republican / Conservative agreeing with my point.
Thank you!

What point was that Jardud? You seldom make any points; rather you parrot the dunce like talking points of the DNC.

Yet, as Damo stated... and you ignored... the Democrats in CO fought the legalization. It was a ballot initiative by the PEOPLE that legalized it here. it is the POLITICIANS that are standing in the way. You continue trying to pretend it is Reps. It is both parties.

No, in no way did I say it was only about the President. I was showing you that the most powerful DEMOCRAT in the country was standing in the way.

But a majority of Republicans and conservatives oppose legalization.
