As far as BLM goes, I wouldn't expect them to sign a waiver anymore than I'd expect them to not burn or loot places.

So if a mask is all that is needed to keep safe in gatherings, why do several states ban mass gatherings beyond a certain number of people? Why wouldn't the rule instead be to just make sure everyone wears a mask?

Fox lawyers were just in court defending Fucker Carlson.Their defense "Tuckers audience does not expect him to report the facts. even when he is telling his audience he is doing so. I don't agree with Tucker on everything, but he does often get things right and is often factual. He also calls out Republicans on a regular basis. As much as the left hates him, he isn't blindly partisan.
