The difference between 'then' and 'now', is that the Obama Administration went after 'corruption in Ukraine', something beneficial to the US and Taxpayer Money. Trump went after a 'Political Rival' for the benefit of Trump and his re-election, and had nothing to do with safeguarding Taxpayer Money. Trump used Taxpayer Money as an extortion tool. As Ukraine is being occupied by Russian Federation Forces, Trump deftly withholds vital Military Aid until Zelensky 'does him a Favor', namely, publicly state Ukraine is investigating the Bidens.

The witnesses were requested, most which followed orders from the White House to refuse, which they did, given that the McGhan subpoena has already been delayed in the Courts for over nine months now, waiting for the Courts to decide on subpoenas would have taken the hearings past the election if not longer

There was no quid pro quo anywhere relevant to Biden

Clinton hired a firm working for Republicans who hired a lawyer who hired an ex British agent who went to Russian sources, the Trump campaign eagerly met directly with Russians in Trump Tower anticipating help in their campaign, hopefully I don't have to explain the difference to you

The question isn't what Trump gave the Ukraine after he was caught, irrelevant, rather if he leveraged this aid passed by Congress earlier for "favors" to advance his own personal political interests

There's nothing wrong with investigating Biden or anyone else who may have something wrong. However, there is nothing wrong with Biden having a son who works at a private company in another country. And Trump didn't want a real investigation, because he knows the Bidens did nothing wrong. He only wanted the announcement of an investigation because he's afraid of losing his reelection. Basically, he illegally withheld funds in order to cheat in an election.

The Democrats gave up subpoenaing people because Trump kept demanding that Republicans ignore the subpoenas. This is Obstruction, which is one of the things he was impeached for. However, recently John Bolton admitted he knew about Trump's crime, which makes it worth trying to get him again.

You are getting worse and worse. Trump was not being investigated. The FBI was informed that Russia was interfering in the election so they did surveillance to find out. They bumped int Trump's people because they were involved.
Do you really not know that trump prohibited everyone in the admin and outside to not respond to subpoenas or to supply documentation? Do you not know that? Mcgahn has been fighting a subpoena in court for almost a year.
Biden is a red herring used to deflect those with misinformation leading them. That is you.

The US and it's allies around the world were withholding aid to the UKRAINE until the crooked Prosecutor was removed from office.

It had nothing to do with Hunter Biden or Burisma.
