Do you understand the pressure he was under? they were in a shooting conflict with Russia and needed the equipment. If he told the truth do you think Trump would have sat on the aid longer? He could not afford to piss off Trump. He was going to say whatever trump wanted to hear. But time ran out and Trump had to let it go. If you read Ukraine papers, you would see them laughing at Trump. They do not know why they are becoming the point of Trump and of American news.

Justice often takes time! Fact! The House had and still has the opportunity and authority to subpoena any and every witness and document they wish to TESTIFY IN THE HOUSE, THEY FAILED TO DO SO! If Nancy was SOOOOOO concerned about justice taking too much time, why did she sit on the articles of impeachment for a month before delivering them to the Senate? Was she waiting for her batch of ceremonial pens to be delivered so she and her henchmen could put on their joyful and prayerful ceremony as they smiled, laughed, giggled and prayed for Trump’s crucifixion?
Impeachments aren’t “real trials” in the same normal format as other every day operations of jurist prudence. Impeachments are a special “CONSTITUTIONAL” mandated “POLITICAL” operations. They’re governed by the Constitution and the rules of the People’s House and the rules of the U.S. Senate!

Even if true and it’s not proven, it does not reach the level of impeachment as has been proven by the President’s lawyers arguments in the Senate!
The actual “TRUTHFUL” words of the President were “do US a favor”, i.e. America, i.e. the country. That’s called proof he wanted only a favor for America. It’s the authority and duty of every American President to root out corruption! Quid-Pro-Quo Joe’s candidacy for Trump’s job doesn’t exempt him from being investigated, convicted and jailed for corruption!

I was sure you knew that Trump prohibited everyone in his admin and those outside of it to refuse subpoenas and providing documentation. The House would have loved to talk to those people but Trump stopped it. The witnesses they had told plenty about Trump corruption.
You swallow all the right-wing crap. She held the impeachment and it worked to the Dems advantage. It kepy Moscow from shutting it down before the American people could digest it.
So you think impeachment should not seek the facts and truth. They are not regular trials, so the Repubs can do whatever they want. They are hiding the facts and preventing witnesses from revealing what happened. And you are good with that. You should be ashamed.

the correct move for the house would have been to kick the subpoena issue up the legal ladder for resolutio . instead they kicked fhe whole mess to the senate. now it's all over. sorry. dems fucked up.
The correct thing was for Trump to not order all to reject subpoenas. They have been a huge part of our legal system since the beginning and Trump singlehandedly voided that power. Trump did it and you put the burden on the House. If Trump did not tell them to throw away subpoenas, but to answer legally and quickly, none of this would have happened. Sorry but Trump , acting like a guilty person would, created this mess.
It doesn’t matter how much time they would have taken, they would not convict Trump. Let’s not kid ourselves.
