I can’t speak for the impeachments of judges, however, the Senate had agreed to conduct this “PRESIDENTIAL” impeachment in accord with the rules used in the Clinton impeachment. I’ll remind you again, ZERO NEW witnesses testified in the Senate, in the Clinton impeachment, all had testified in the House previously. None have personally testified nor will they in the Trump impeachment because their testimony was supplied by both sides by video and the Senate has voted to NOT have any NEW witnesses.
I missed ANY witnesses for THE PRESIDENT being sworn or testifying in the House Kangaroo court hearings, remind me if there were one.
Anything Bolton could say should have been compiled and witnessed in the House hearings, it wasn’t! The President has the authority and duty to investigate corruption anywhere he finds it. There is ample video evidence that the Bidens should be investigated for corruption!
It’s really too bad that you don’t understand the FACT that impeachments are NOT governed by the every day format of America’s trial system. Impeachments are governed by the Constitution, the People’s House rules and the rules of the United states Senate. Much of what they do is determined by a majority vote. If you want to complain about what you think is a lack of “due process,” look first at the Kabuki Theater kangaroo court in the House that was totally lacking in a dime’s worth of due process for President Trump!
