Since the ratification of the 20th amendment in 1933, Inauguration Day has fallen on January 20th.

President-elect Felonius @realDonaldTrump will be inaugurated for his second non-consecutive term in the White House on Monday, January 20th.

The forecast high / low in D.C. is 25° / 19°.

This should be the second coldest on record.

It's not quite enough to eclipse 1985 (27° / -2°) when Ronald Reagan was sworn in for his second term.

But it should be enough to freeze the Democrats' tears.
