A letter writer to the WSJ the other day, in the Weekend edition, proposed passing laws that high schools who graduate and pass kids who don't shit and they go to college have to pay for the remedial courses. lol I think it's a good idea all down the chain to kindergardens, grade school, Jr. High, etc. If they're stupid and corrupt enough to pay school athletes then this should be no problem.
