Liar Ford Should Be Indicted For Perjury.

What do you think would be the appropriate penalty for Ballsey Ford be due to her perjury?

I'm not aware of any perjury by Doctor Ford. If you are, feel free to share which statements she made under oath that you think are lies, and the evidence you see that they're lies.

In the meantime, I've already done that for Kavanaugh. I showed how he lied about what the four alleged party attendees had said.

Except .....

In the real world .... there is no evidence of Kavanaugh lying under oath.

The voices in the Alt Left Universe are lying to you .... again !!

On the other side ..... back in reality, there is numerous evidence of Ballsy-Ford lying.

Lied under oath.

His own roommate said so.

The roommate that the FBI never contacted.

Great investigation, huh?

I do not care what anyone thinks, this is damn funny!!!!!!!!!!

If Ford were Kavanaugh's name, this joke would work, since Kavanaugh is the one who blew a gasket during his testimony -- yelling repeatedly, weeping bizarrely about his calendar, attacking senators for asking him questions, and indulging in weird paranoia about the revenge of the Clintons. Ford, meanwhile, gave calm and incisive testimony.

Collins's statement was, by definition, a political speech, and easily meets the definition of propaganda. Apparently you didn't know what that word meant. Now you do. You're welcome. I'm happy to continue to be your tutor... but, again, if you want to make quick progress, you'll need to do some work "outside of class," so to speak. Considering picking up some quality newspapers or history books and making time to read them. Good luck.

No it wasn't no matter how many times you whine, rant and stomp your pompous misplaced arrogant little feet in a tantrum.

Of course there is. Think it through. Do you remember every event that has ever happened in your life? If so, you've got a freakish memory and can probably make good money as some sort of carnival sideshow act. But if, like nearly all humans, you only remember a subset of things that have happened in your life, then you recognize the distinction between saying something didn't happen and saying you don't remember it. Kavanaugh is well aware of that distinction, too. As a judge, he would have heard many witnesses over the years testifying about not having a recollection of something, and he'd know better than to interpret that as the same as if they'd testified that it didn't happen. Yet he chose to lie to the senate, by claiming they said it didn't happen. So, what do you think the penalty should be for lying under oath that way?

No there isn't you moron. Making such a ludicrous argument is laughably stupid. But then, that is why we laugh at you; you're stupid.

When did he lie under oath?

He said that the four people she claimed were at the party said the event never happened. He knew that wasn't true. They'd instead said they couldn't remember it, which is obviously a very different thing. And one of the four said that although she didn't remember it, she believed Ford (which means she had to believe the event did happen). Kavanaugh lied under oath when he swore to the senate that those people said something he knew they didn't say. So, what should his penalty be for perjuring himself that way?

He shouldn't even have been testifying
Why not? Isn't it customary for Supreme Court nominees to be sworn in and then answer testimony under oath, as part of their confirmation?

Of course you aren't; you are immune from the facts handed to you. So now, like the arrogant, smarmy dunce we know you to be, you will ask the same stupid questions over and over again.

:lolup:Lying dunce thinks there's a distinction between saying they can't remember the party and it never happening. Yes, smarmy low IQ liberals really are THAT stupid.

Here's another straw you can grasp. :rofl2:

No it wasn't....

No that you know the definition of the word "propaganda," you realize your error, even if you have to stomp your feet and cry to distract from that learning moment. No worries -- your tantrums don't change the fact you're slowly learning, no matter how much you wish otherwise.

No there isn't...

As you know, you've spotted your error now. You realize now that there are many things in your life that have happened that you don't recall, because they made so little impression they faded from memory over the years. As such, you realize that telling people you don't remember something is not the same as telling people something didn't happen. Not to worry -- you're not the only one who has now spotted your error. Everyone else who is reading this thread has spotted it, too.

If you are aware of any perjury by Ford, just identify the statement she made under oath that you consider perjury, and present the evidence you have that she was lying.

Yawn.

....there's a distinction between saying they can't remember the party and it never happening....

There is, indeed, and every single person reading this thread knows that, even if the wingnuts have to pretend they're temporarily mentally incapacitated to avoid admitting it.

The only one having tantrums and grasping at straws would be you snowflake. ;) But keep bloviating propaganda; it makes you look stupid.

What we know is you stupidly think there is a distinction where there is none. Here's another straw for you to grasp loser. :rofl2:

Do you remember being born? If not, does that mean you're telling us you were never born?
