Liar Ford Should Be Indicted For Perjury.

He said that the four people she claimed were at the party said the event never happened. He knew that wasn't true. They'd instead said they couldn't remember it, which is obviously a very different thing. And one of the four said that although she didn't remember it, she believed Ford (which means she had to believe the event did happen). Kavanaugh lied under oath when he swore to the senate that those people said something he knew they didn't say. So, what should his penalty be for perjuring himself that way?

Why not? Isn't it customary for Supreme Court nominees to be sworn in and then answer testimony under oath, as part of their confirmation?
You don't remember something that never happened, do you? How could anyone respond to the suggestion of a "party" without a time, a date, or a place? No details... You say you weren't there or it never happened....

He had already given testimony....the one with her was completely unnecessary. Wasn't it?
Worked out ok, though. He's confirmed, and now, she can get the help she so desperately needs.
(...and try to find a way to live with what she did...)

She lied about the timetable for going to marriage counseling over arguing with her hubby about that second door she "needed" as an escape route to flee from Kav. It was blatant.
The remodeling was done two years earlier.

Please specify the exact statement she made under oath that you think is a lie, and what evidence you see that it's a lie.

I had a little trouble understanding what you're asking here. My point isn't hard to understand. Kavanaugh claimed that the four people said they weren't there. They did not say that. Kavanaugh knows they did not say that. He lied. He was under oath at the time. What do you think his punishment should be for that?

No. It was important, because he hadn't been asked about her allegations under oath. It was an opportunity to assess his credibility... and wound up convincing a plurality of people that he wasn't credible. Of course nothing was ever going to sway most of the Republicans, since all that matters to them is power. But there was still value in the testimony, in revealing to the American people the depths to which they will sink. Without his testimony, we'd never have realized he had the character of a serial perjurer, nor that he was so temperamentally unfit to be a judge.

OK, you asked. Here it is.

Don't punk out, little coward. Identify the specific statement she made under oath that you think was a lie, and the evidence you see that it was a lie. Linking to over four hours of testimony doesn't cut it. Find your courage and step up.

So, you're another one of the right-wing cowards who punks out when asked to back up his claims. I can't say I'm surprised. I've never met one of you yet with even a little courage.

Wrong again you dishonest dumbfuck; he's tired of wallowing in a never ending circle of stupidity with a lying loser on steroids.

It's in there. Guaranteed. Glad you have the time to cipher thru it being on the dole apparantly. I have a business to run. You don't.

It wasn't necessary and should never have taken place. What did she expect to "accomplish", after all? Poor dear.
I'm glad it did take place, though. If it hadn't, she may never have received the help she so desperately needs. Judge Kavanaugh would have been confirmed, anyway. Sorry...I don't see what you allege him to be. I didn't see what Mrs. Ford alleged, either... Not in the beginning. Not now...
He'll be a stellar addition to the SC....

It's in there.

Apparently, you don'ts think so, since you're running away, rather than stepping up and identifying the statement, plus the supposed evidence contradicting it. Tell you what, after you've picked up your welfare check, come back and see if you've found enough courage to respond.

OK I'll play your little game.
Did Ballsey Ford say she went to marriage counseling because she and her hubby argued about a second door she wanted when remodeling their house?

I sense a bit of a meltdown...

She expected to reveal to the senate the character of the man they were deciding whether to hand a lifetime appointment to. She succeeded well. There were honest people who went into the hearing not sure what to believe about the two -- me included. But by the end of the hearing, it was clear to all honest people that Kavanaugh was unfit for the job. For that, those of us who are patriots are applauding Ford for her service. Although she didn't manage to protect us from Kavanaugh being put on the bench, she did manage to underscore the perfidy of people like Susan Collins, which has resulted in a tidal wave of funding being made available for her opponent. Doctor Ford has our gratitude.
