It doesn't matter if it's stupid, or not. If they get in, they always seem to take the jobs most people don't want to do anyway. The fact they don't normally speak English much, if at all, often rules out many jobs as well. I find the well being of these people more important anyway, so it's a moot point.

Who feeds wheat to their livestock? Alfalfa/Timothy are very high in protein, and are typically the more popular fodder along with clover. I don't think the farmer was feeding the wheat to his animals.
