you don't know he stalked him....he did follow him, and he did shoot him, resulting in the unfortunate death of trayvon.
Yes I do know. Following him, watching him = stalking.

not true. at all. stalking is codified and that is not stalking.
You can textbook it all you want. Someone follows, watches and assaults me, they're stalking. Doesn't matter what's 'codified'.
now you're going beyond the known facts. we know he followed him, we know he watched him....we don't know if he assaulted him.
What do you think 'assault' means? He absolutely assaulted him. Look up the word. Zimmerman's intentions were made clear in his phone conversation with dispatch. You're unsure of whether or not he assaulted him. Goody for you. Hopefully there'll be 12 just like you on the jury.
bijou....you're assuming he initiated the struggle. to have assault, you need zimmerman to initiate.
as to whether i believe he is guilty or not. i don't know. at least, i am not like you, and prejudging him before he has had a chance to stand before our country's judiciary.
This exchange shows me nothing of what ultimately happened. I do wonder, had it been a white kid in a hoodie would he have called or done anything. No way to know mind you, but I do wonder. I do not think Zimmerman is guilty of 2d degree murder, I do however think that Zimmerman let a preconceived notion of who the bad guys were shape his response. I am leaning more and more towards this being a horrible set of circumstances on both sides that ended up getting one person killed.
Seems like Martin was acting under the Stand Your ground law.
You know for a fact he did, or was he defending himself against Zimmerman? Mseems like you are guessing.
So now you're saying Martin didn't assault Zimmerman?
When will you choose a position?

Does that, in your mind, automatically make Zimmerman guilty of 2nd degree murder?
why did not zim stay by the mailboxes?
why did he continue to pursue martin
why did he not let the fuzz do their job
Because he was getting an address
He didn't
He was; but then Martin assaulted him
My guess is based more in fact then the ones the left wants to believe.
Explain how he could lose Martin and then confront him, walking back to his vehicle; when Matin's cell phone is the one that shows Martin is the one to first say anything between the two of them.
how many opportunities did zim have to disengage
and when he thought that mart was armed why did he continue the pursuit
