What do you think 'assault' means? He absolutely assaulted him. Look up the word. Zimmerman's intentions were made clear in his phone conversation with dispatch. You're unsure of whether or not he assaulted him. Goody for you. Hopefully there'll be 12 just like you on the jury.

bijou....you're assuming he initiated the struggle. to have assault, you need zimmerman to initiate.

as to whether i believe he is guilty or not. i don't know. at least, i am not like you, and prejudging him before he has had a chance to stand before our country's judiciary.

Wrong. Go look up 'assault'. Hint: it's different from 'battery' and requires no physical contact.

My guess is based more in fact then the ones the left wants to believe.
Explain how he could lose Martin and then confront him, walking back to his vehicle; when Matin's cell phone is the one that shows Martin is the one to first say anything between the two of them.

It's actually hysterical to watch you, who so often tout how sharp your mind is and how you've got so much more on the ball than anyone else here, blithely pretend you can't see how Zimmerman could have confronted Martin AFTER he lost him...well the explanation is simple.

Zimmerman lost Martin, began running in order to catch up to him(this is indicated in the transcript YOU provided btw), Zimmerman re-acquired his target and approached Martin, who then turned to confront the man he's seen suspiciously following him TWICE now.

See how easy that was? I know you won't have the balls to admit I am right...hell, since your two frigid cow sidekicks got booted, you haven't even had the backbone to respond to me at all, but the fact is everyone can see you playing the clueless rube, and nobody is buying it.
