Lies from the left

He did disengage and then Martin took it upon himself to assault Zimmerman.

Care to show anywhere that Zimmerman says he thinks Martin is armed?

Zimmerman makes just such a suggestion TWO SEPARATE times...right there in the transcript you provided...

Zimmerman:
Yeah, now he’s coming toward me. He’s got his hands in his waist band.
And he’s a black male.[1:03]

There's one...and what might one carry in his waistband?

Zimmerman:
Uh, huh.
Something’s wrong with him. Yep, he’s coming to check me out.
He’s got something in his hands. I don’t know what his deal is. [01:20]

911 dispatcher:
Let me know if he does anything, OK?

Zimmerman:
OK.

"He's got something in his hands"...the cops claim this to justify shooting unarmed people every day...but to ol clueless rube USF...it just doesn't imply Zimmerman thought Martin had a weapon.

A pity USF can't seem to find a backbone now that his support group ois gone, we could have a good discussion about this...it just proves the only thing he ever really wanted was to bait me and other with petty insults.

But who was in the wrong to affront the other?

Seems like that Zimmerman was following the Bush doctrine.
Attack because of what they might do.

According to the law, neither. Zimmerman did nothing against the law, nor did Martin by standing his ground. It "seems" like Zimmerman was trying to gather information, but sucked at being a spy.

Both felt that they were in danger. From the evidence we see it appears as if they both were.

You keep hearing, "Well if Zimmerman didn't do <insert what they think he shouldn't have done because of perfect hindsight> all would be well!" However, the same can be said in the other direction.

Looks like I hit a nerve with Dude, seeing as how he went on a groan spree with this thread.
I guess the truth hurt his feelings and he's probably upset that he's been one of those trying to spread the lies.

Oh-Well; I take his crying as a badge of honor, on my part. :D

The question is,was the threat grave enough to shoot an unarmed kid through the heart?

Here's further evidence that the liberals will lie, even when they know they have nothing to support their accusations.

The dispatcher asking Zimmerman not to follow: recorded:D
At 11:17

I couldn't find any evidence for this, either. However, Martin's girlfriend claims that Martin was uneasy about being 'followed'.
At 11:41

He ignored the dispatcher's advice.
Later the same day

No, that is not the question. He only had to believe that the threat was grave enough. It certainly is possible to create severe bodily harm when you are pounding somebody's head into concrete.

are you sure that it was concrete

It is very difficult to create cuts in the back of the head if it wasn't at least rock or concrete. Grass doesn't generally cause cuts on the back of your head any more than a mat does. Due to the nature of the injuries in the medical report, we can be reasonably sure that the back of his head made contact with something much less forgiving than grass covered dirt.

what is it they say about assumptions - i require proof like from a trial

No-no; the liberals believe that Martin was carryng a pillow with him and that this is just a pillow fight that Zimmerman overreated to.
If someone came forward with a phone recording, that showed Martin sneaking up behind Zimmerman, Zimmerman turning around in surpise, Martin sucker puching Zimmerman, Zimmerman falling down, Martin then jumping on top of him, and assaulting him; they still wouldn't believe it and would make excuses for Zimmerman and it's because of CBWWB (Can't Be Wrong While Black).

Let's take a look at a particularly interesting exchange between The Zimmerman and the Dispatcher:

Zimmerman:
Uh, huh.
Something’s wrong with him. Yep, he’s coming to check me out.
He’s got something in his hands. I don’t know what his deal is. [01:20]

911 dispatcher:
Let me know if he does anything, OK?

Zimmerman:
OK.

Zimmerman:
He’s running. [2:08]

911 dispatcher:
He’s running? Which way is he running?

Zimmerman:
The back entrance.

911 dispatcher:
Are you following him? [2:24]

Zimmerman:
Yeah. [2:25]

911 dispatcher:
OK.
We don’t need you to do that. [2:26]

Zimmerman:
OK. [2:28]

Se we can see from the transcript that Martin began to approach Zimmerman, then turned and ran. At this point, it's clear Zimmerman was in no danger, yet Zimmerman still chose to follow him, disregarding the dispatchers instructions...all of which occurred BEFORE Martin subsequently turned to defend himself.

It's truly a pity that narrow minded racists like USF aren't capable of seeing what is right in front of them, even when it's posted by them!
It's too bad that brain dead zombie liberals like Zappa can't accept the idea that Martin could have turned around, unprovoked, to "check out" Zimmerman afterall.

And of course they have the belief that anytime someone says that the other person has SOMETHING in their hand, that they have to be referring to <gasp> a gun. :palm:
