Can you show us one speech by Biden in his whole time in politics that's more than say two years old that is noted historically as significant? "Out of the park" is MLK's "I have a dream" speech, JFK's "What can you do for your country..." speech, Reagan's "tear down this wall..." speech, Lincoln's Gettysburg Address.
