LOL. Nobody has suggested any government intervention. I simply prefer pointing out hypocrisy. One cannot first argue that the R party is color-blind then reinforce negative stereotypes about the party at the same time. I would prefer if more people, especially those who agree that the US should not focus on race as a matter of law, would do the same. It is what I have been arguing for...

IMO, one doesn't point out a problem unless one has some option as a solution. I'd rather not live with this constant perception, and then reinforce it by supporting race baiting in "parody" any more than I'd support my child cursing only in "parody".

Some people do get emotional on the board, but I am very unlikely to have that happen. It is why people sometimes call me an android.

Others have the right to criticize you on your speech and choose not to associate with you (deny you a franchise) based on your speech.

Again, it is a right of association.

Do you want others to assume your racism because race baiting continues? As a group we speak to individual responsibility then hold nobody in our party to a simple standard against one of the most prevailing negative stereotypes held about our party.

It has nothing to do with lockstep and everything to do with future success. We cannot let this stereotype go unanswered and even perpetuate it without political failure being the result.

And it is a clear and effective analogy, both are wrong, even if it is in a parody. Yours was "weak" because there is no morality to complaining about the APP forum. Your equivalence meter sucks.

And no, I was advocating exactly what I said I have been advocating and have stated in different ways repeatedly to you specifically because you continue to project what you want onto what I said rather than actually reading what I said and comprehending it. I grow tired of people who continue to pretend not to understand things because they want to argue some silly extreme or they are avoiding what they know is true such as the perception of the R party being racist simply being buttressed by excusing such things when we see them from people in our party.

It is easy to argue a silly extreme, it is more difficult to do as I have advocated. Take stock, do some introspection, and instead of advocating color blindness in one thread then supporting race baiting in another because of party, talk to your friend in the party and ask him to start exemplifying what you want the party to be. Quit coming up with excuses why THIS form of race baiting is better than THAT form (I was just making a parody), because that only will result in a larger negative result for the party.

It is easy to argue that the "other " party is racist, because they focus on race, etc. as I have seen *ahem* somebody say in other threads. It is silly to say that then come up with excuses for the same activity in your own party when you know that such activity only helps project the very image you wanted to avoid. In at least half a dozen responses you made the statement "he did it first is not an excuse" was your misrepresentation...The problem of course is that NO one not even Rush was using that as an excuse...you just represented that we/he did.

Then yes, your new tact was to say "Yes he wanted to show the racism and hypocrisy on the left, but that was not a good way to do it" (paraphrase mine)...Well Father message board, THAT, is what I said his motives were and THAT is what I argued about today...got it?
