Yeah and when that case is tossed by a very Conservative Superior court, as frivolous stupidity, comparable to Aileen Cannons prior block of the DOJ using the material they got in the search warrant on Trump, that is when you will pivot away from that, on to something else meaningless.

The fact that the Federalist Society has clearly put in place, deliberately a bunch of very young judges with the brain power of this forum Tinker, so they can get rulings that defy the law, along very partisan lines, does not mean they make any sense.
