That makes no sense. If she does that, whatever power she has to ensure a fair trial is gone. Moscow proudly announced he has no intention of doing his job. He will coordinate directly with the Whitehouse. How wrong is that? How corrupt? That should offend every American. At least those who care about fairness and justice. that eliminates Trumpys.

She doesn’t have the authority to determine a fair trial. Where is that power granted?

She is exerting what power she has and rightys do not like that. They are rather fond of coverups and stonewalling. Do you not know she has withheld the impeachment paperwork until Moscow promises a fair trial? Probably not, but she is doing what she can to have a fair trial while Moscow is doing the opposite. You don't care if it is a fair trial. Like Mitchy, your mind was made up in 2016 election and never changed. The Constitution says the House shall establish the rules for impeachment. Not that hard to understand after all.

Where in the Constitution does it say it has to be fair? It gives Senate sole power to have a trial. It doesn’t say the Speaker can decide what is fair.

The Dems are acting in accordance with the law and the Constitution. The Repubs are refusing to do either one. That is one of the big differences between the parties.

Where in the Constitution does it give the Speaker of the House the power to dictate to the Senate how to run a trial? Find me the passage and I will most assuredly concede
