In 2004 I was at the All-Star race in Charlotte (I was living a short distance away in Davidson) when the PA Announcer announced that Kerry Earnhardt had been invited to the All Star race as the fans favorite. Smart ass followed that up by saying "...and he's the only Kerry that's gonna win an election this year in North Carolina!" lol
