Nevermind, I figured it out myself. fuck youse for those nasty replies.

I cannot access the computer app for my camera system as apparently I have no clue what password I used when I installed it. I have tried the default, the password for my online account, and every single password I use for anything, but nothing. I have no clue as I am trying to uninstall so I can update to newer version but it won't let me do that even from the control panel without that stupid password

Contact the manufacturer's tech support they have ways around passwords.
