Otherwise, inflation alone will destroy the nation.
And at some point, we have to sacrifice enough in cuts, to start retiring the National Debt.

From what I have been hearing Trump say you MIGHT get two of those things and that MIGHT be the border. and lower taxes for the rich again, Funding of the US government will fall on the middle class and lower income workers.
With his new tariffs prices will go up on almost EVERYTHING, US autos have a lot of Chinese made parts in them their cost will be going up, and sales will go down and US auto workers will get laid off , and for every 1 US auto worker there is something like 6 or 8 other people employed, and a lot of them will be laid off too.
Trump and his MAGA think the exporters are the ones paying those tariffs , NO they just pass them on to the consumer we have seen this show many of times.
As for higher wages, How is Trump going to get people higher wages? He isn't in favor of a national min. wage law.
A lot of unionized corps. have just signed new contracts with their employees.
Maybe because I had to show ID and sign when I voted? Twice.

Well you are right on one or two things Higher wages , lower taxes for the rich , and maybe a more secure border,
I have been talking to some friends of mine that have farms only a couple of miles away from MAR. and they are saying they will have to be raising their prices on the produce they grow because a lot of the workers they have work for less then the Fla, min wage and they are already trying to find people to replace them and it is hard to find pickers even at the $13 an hour.
So expect any produce that comes out of south Fla. to cost a LOT more coming soon Thanks to Trump.
and that is Tomatoes , Peppers, Cuks, Onions, and more.

But why should facts and logic stop them? Hasn't before, and it seems to serve all the fools who voted for them. Trump-icana took credit for the economy that Obama set in motion after saving us from The Shrub's reaganomics nightmare, then he did his version and blamed its lingering results on Biden. People seem to think that previous administrations actions magically end upon the inauguration of the next President.
