That's why they are dismissive of Trump's authoritarian rhetoric.

I don't think most of them THINK that this is what they're doing. I think most of them think that they're supporting changes that are still within the framework laid out by the founders.

But the leaders have a different plan - and the supporters will go along with it, convincing themselves of what I just said.

Democracy does not work for them anymore. Republicans no longer win the popular vote. They haven't for years, and they likely will not again. They see where it's headed - it will start to trickle more & more into the electoral results. They do not want to change their positions to keep up w/ the new demographics, so it's time for more decisive action. They need a new kind of republic, with new rules.

This is the reality. And they'll continue to claim "fraud" as long as the elections don't work for them, and until they complete the transformation of America to a place that is more favorable to their views.

you sound like a crazy person to be blunt

how is wanting to secure the border and have safe cities changing government?

there's no authoritarian rhetoric on the right.

you people are the authoritarians.

what about America First scares you so much?

are you just some kind of globalist traitor to humanity or something?

trump is skunking dems in the polls. you people won't be able to cheat your way into power this time.

not now that you have even lost the youth, minority and even california votes.

We are not going to get the government back working for the people, the time to work on that was 20-40 years ago....it is too late. We have no way to remove the Swamp from power now, the CIA destroys any elected official who works on that project. The fact that the CIA almost certainly killed JFK all the way back then sure makes an impression.

Do not forget that the reason Nixon was forced out was because he had decided to make the second four years about removing the Swamp from power....they were having none of that.

This is why they keep saying “we are not a Democracy”.

you could continue sounding crazy or be more specific.

your choice
OK stoner. Why don't you tell us why Boehner and then Ryan refused to bring the Senate immigration bill to the floor for a vote? 68 Senators voted for it.
