Makers pull cold medicines sold for infants

Of course you shouldn't give it to infants. You shouldn't give any adult medication to infants. But it's not like it's a ghastly crime. You guys are acting like they are using it for an illegitimate purpose... it's purpose as a sleep-aid is just as legitimate as it's purpose as an anthistamine.

Wrong. If you read the package of any OTC medication, or even any cleaning product for that matter, it specifically states that the product is not to be used for any reason other than that for which it is sold. Antihistamines are not sold/marketed as sleep aids, even though this is a side effect. Warnings appear to this effect on the package (do not drive or operate heavy machinery, etc. ...)

My mom used to make me Hot toddies (no clue how to spell it) when I was sick. I think they had brandy or some kind of liquor in them. I thought they were great!
