Male fury and fear rises in GOP in defense of Kavanaugh

The sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh have sparked a wave of unbridled anger and anxiety from many Republican men, who say they are in danger of being swept up by false accusers who are biased against them.

From President Trump to his namesake son to Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.), the howls of outrage crystallize a strong current of grievance within a party whose leadership is almost entirely white and overwhelmingly male — and which does not make a secret of its fear that demographic shifts and cultural convulsions could jeopardize its grip on power.

Dems just don't get it. Trump has been going around the country to rally his base. The same base that helped him win in 2016.

Democrats have helped him by angering the white male voters in America. Ford's false accusations have also angered white male voters.

You would think they would learn after trump's election not to alienate whole groups, including the white working class.

Aren't you lucky women never got the vote in the US!

Poor entitled and privileged snowflakes.

Some guys wouldn't have to worry if they followed the lead of most men -- avoided situations where an accusation could take place. You know, like rowdy parties where ppl drink to the point of passing out. Situations where their friends are behaving badly towards women who are present. Waiting to get physical with a woman till you've established a relationship. Until then, treating women you meet socially or at work as though they were your sisters or aunties. It's not that hard to avoid being a predator... or accused of being one.

Only the uneducated, gullible and willfully ignorant ones.

That would include you.

It's why hillary lost. Working class white males who voted for obama the last time. keep calling them variations of "deplorables" and see how that works out.

She won by three million votes, kid.

Congrats on the win! kudos to you and your party!

I suggest you read up on how this country works, we are a representative republic and she lost the popular vote in enough of these several states to lose the electoral college. so sad for you.
