it is almost as if the Judge is trolling Trump by him taking a break to recap a few of 'Trump's Greatest Fraud Hits' mid trial, as to why the summary judgment already was rendered.


- Triplex was 10,000sqft but listed at 30,000sqft

- Seven Springs had an appraisal Trump and Co paid for. They buried it and instead substituted their own much higher value.

- Trump Park Avenue had rent control restrictions they completely disregarded when valuing the property as if it had no such restrictions.

- Mar-a-lago, we all know because Trump himself argued it was worth LESS than $16MM due to him contracting away redevelopment rights making it worth much less then surrounding properties.

- And even today, Trump argues that his properties are valued low as they do not include his Brand Value and yet in the Statements the values are marked up with a specific line item contributing value from 'Brand Value' increasing their value.
