Marijuana Mandate

The Colorado victory is huge. They legalized personal cultivation as well. The feds won't have the manpower to stop it. They can't raid every individual that's going to be growing. This is great news for Latin America, as well. Full legalization is coming soon.

Sure they will. Similar laws passed in states all over the country. The war on drugs is going down.

It will never happen. Requiring a license for cultivation allows them to target the big growers. With this law there will be so many people growing they won't have the ability to raid them all. That's one of the reasons I supported this one. It is full legalization and empowers the people. There only hope will be to spread misinformation and try to outlaw it again.

when the state realises the tax benifits the country will race to do this all over

It should create lost revenues in other states, as well. Neighboring states will lose money as people crosss into Colorado for nighttime entertainment or just for a trip to the gas station and a joint. It could affect tourist traffic, as well.

In Washington, Sasquatch will soon be the top music festival!

It will pay for nationalized free healthcare. Wash state passed ass well. The tax revenues there and Oregon, Cali will force the facist states to join the progressives.

Mass legalized for medical growers yesterday.
Remains to be seen:
A. What kind of bullshit rules they come up
B. How federal insanity affects the rules.

how much can a person cultivate? can they still cultivate huge quantities?

6 Plants.

"The voters have spoken and we have to respect their will," Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper said in a statement. "This will be a complicated process, but we intend to follow through. That said, federal law still says marijuana is an illegal drug so don't break out the Cheetos or gold fish too quickly."

Pot did better than Obama last night.
Learn from it republicans, after all too hip and republicans has never been heard before.

gotta love Hick

The Feds had better get on board. The country is moving very clearly toward marijuana having popular support not just medicinally, but in general. Once some of the returns come in on CO & WA and how much revenue they get from it, I would expect other states to follow quickly.

Enough w/ classifying this as a dangerous drug.

empowers the people to do what? are they going to band together and fight back against the first DEA raid? Are they going to arm themselves against federal agents? Somehow, I seriously doubt it. What will happen is the DEA and FBI will raid about half a dozen and then all those new farms will dry right up and blow away.
