The public savors scandals about any public figure. The press is more than glad to report them when they come along. The Trump collusion and conspiracy with the Russians and all the women Trump was fucking while married to Melania and ALL the PAY OFFS and LIES that were told to cover these things up gave the press lots of FACTUAL fodder to fill the headlines.
Nothing was created by the press. All they did was report what Trump did and said.
The rolling disclosure where Trump has consistently admitted to all the things that were originally reported and denied with Trump lie after lie, has stretched out the scandals and added to the negative coverage that shows no sign of diminishing.
The only defense Daffy can come up with now is his tired and worn out claims of "fake news" and character assassination of those who simply reported what he did and said, and were proved to be accurate.

Trump was elected because he wasn't Billary.

Collusion is not a crime and only Trump defenders imply that anyone ever said it was. Obstruction of justice and conspiring with a foreign government for aid in an American election ARE crimes.
