Marjorie Taylor Greene calls herself 'Christian Nationalist' in speech

Atheism has nothing to do with politics. There are atheists/agnostics in both sides.

It has as much to do with politics as Chirstian Nationalism does. By the definition given above Christian Nationalism wants to inject religion into government. Atheism seeks to remove all religion from government. Both are extremist and bad.

So the Founding Fathers were extremists?

I don't quite know what a "Christian Nationalist" is but it's gotta be better than being openly Socialist or Communist...

My, but you are proudly ignorant, aren't you?

Since the Founding Fathers went to great lengths to make sure that the final draft of the Constitution gives us freedom of and freedom from religion (get an adult to explain it to you), then the latest idiotic bleat from MTG is just her version is what colloquially known as a "christo-fascist". Capice?

They hardly excluded religion from government. They did separate the two in that they forbid a state-run church like the Church of England, Catholic Church, etc. That doesn't mean they excluded the mere mention of religion or even considering religious tenants in making law.

You are the idiot. The Founders never tried to exclude all religion from government. They were concerned about the government running the church, like it did in England.

What does "exclude religion from government" even mean? The government officials are free to bring their religions to their work. See MTG, Ho Boebert and Omar for several examples.

You mean prayers before sessions?

God, you are proudly and profoundly ignorant!

I told you to get an adult to explain it to you....clearly, you're too proud to do so and continue to babble your ignorance. So, just this once, I'll explain it to you. The First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances
.

Note the first 16 words. This means that while YOU can worship how you please, Congress (you know, the people that craft and okay the laws we live by via representation) CAN NOT OFFICIALLY ENDORSE OR LEGALIZE A RELIGIOUS MANDATE FOR THE COUNTRY OR CREATE A RELIGIOUS NATIONAL MANDATE.

Nothing there regarding "to exclude all religion from government"... an ignorant assertion that I never made.

Got it now, bunky? I hope so, because since you say you're opposed to what MTG stated, you should. Carry on.
