You're obviously not talking about the Commandant so I don't know who "OUR" means. You took an oath. It's up to you to decide whether to abide by it or not.
OUR means our oath...you are right, it's to the constitution, not a politician or a party..........and I, at least, don't need a lawyer, judge, cop, or politician to tell me what the constitution means, as it applies to me.
