Obama caused the depression. It stayed that way until he finally left office eight years later. Clinton, and the incompetence of Bush, caused the crash, but Obama turned that into an eight year depression.

Trump got government out of the way of the economy and lowered taxes. It took off stronger than ever in history. It was Democrats that shut the economy down over a fake hysteria about a mild disease.

Shutting down businesses as 'non-essential' is unconstitutional.

And amendment is not a change at will. The federal government cannot change the Constitution. Only the States can do that, and only through the procedures outlined in the Constitution itself.
