The Mass law is limited to collective bargaining over health insurance issues and gives local authorities the ability to set deductables and co-pay amounts after 30 days notice to the union. It is much much much more limited that the bill in Wisconsin. I'm not sure about the Ohio law.

I'm glad my rep voted against it.
