I used quotes because it is easier than typing all the crap to underline the Title of an art piece. And yeah, you said that someone would "be nuts"... So I used quotes there because I was quoting you.
And no, Beck didn't use tax dollars (spelled correctly BTW and misquoted I said "government money" not "Tax Dollars", you really shouldn't attempt to play the spelling Nazi, you really really suck at that), that was part of the point of the art. The "Piss Christ" was subsidized by the government.
