You miss the point. Illegal immigration is causing much of the problem with contagious diseases showing up in the US. These are people who SHOULDN'T BE HERE TO BEGIN WITH bringing Turd World diseases that otherwise wouldn't be present in the US with them. Much of the problem with contagions like TB, measles, mumps, and the like are it only takes one person to start a local or regional epidemic. One illegal using public transit who is active for TB, can produce multiple cases among the population.
One illegal entering the county who is an active carrier of smallpox--not that this is likely, but it is still possible--could potentially wipe out as much as 90% of the population of a major city on their own. That's how contagious smallpox is. Few people in the US today (the military to a degree, and some more elderly persons have been vaccinated but that's it) are vaccinated against it since it's supposedly a dead and gone disease.
Measles outbreaks usually start with a single case. We sure as hell don't need people who are here illegally bringing a case with them. That's the point.
They are mostly due to anti-vaxers. Yes there is a huge growth in measles, but not impacting a huge slice of society. However, this is how a huge problem looks as it grows. There is no brake on measles because the Magas are anti-vacciners.This is what happens when you let millions of people into the US totally unvetted. That's on Biden. Measles outbreaks have been going on for over two years and are due primarily to illegals entering and not being screened under Biden. Canada has the same issue from the same source.

Otherwise, the OP is inflammatory in its rhetoric. This "15,000%" increase amounts to 111 cases of which 27 were identified in the last week. 256 people are also isolated due to potential exposure. For the year, the CDC reported 1912 cases in the entire US.

Most outbreaks wouldn't start at all if there was no illegal immigration going on. You are blaming a result, not the cause. I showed most, not all, of these outbreaks start with illegals, and not just measles. From there, yes the unvaccinated are more vulnerable but even the vaccinated can catch some of these diseases as many vaccines are nowhere near 100% reliable.

The point is this: unvaccinated people cause these outbreaks. The immigrants illegal cause almost none of the outbreaks.
Conclusion is that people should get vaccinated.
