Government managed programs don't cover everything. They cover the basics and force their citizens to go to emergency outpatient services and faceless doctors.

Wrong; private insurance will want to adjust their rates depending on existing conditions. They are not in business to lose money. They profit by finding ways to prevent illness rather than just signing blank checks.
Government manages costs by limiting availability and letting people die or become crippled while waiting on long waiting lists.

That is a lie. It is the same lie that was lampooned on us from Obama and the Democrats when they passed Obamacare along a straight party line vote. Claims that Government is more efficient and better at managing large portions of our economy's are based on lies and cannot be supported by historic facts.
Of course, if you're an idiot and think that long wait times for hip replacements or heart surgery and confiscatory tax rates are great ideas, you will love Government controlled healthcare.

Both private and public mismanagement lead to the loss of liberties.
Private insurance is guaranteed to go up in cost and coverage will drop and copays rise. That is how they work. Why anyone thinks that is a good system is a mystery. Anyone is a union knows how the great coverage of the old days has eroded, year after year. Apparently many Repubs like being looted by bad healthcare and high prices.
