As I noted, nearly all the claims you are leveling against Biden can easily be ping ponged employing left leaning sites against Trump or nearly any other politician, especially those with a long history of being in the public spotlight. And Biden has always said what was on his mind, as it has gotten him in trouble going back to he was even a Senator
Is Biden showing his age, of course he is, as are most of the senior political figures, but is it at a stage that questions his ability to lead the nation, no, especially considering the alternative
And it is interesting how world leaders, even today with Netanyahu in the current crisis, plus top level Republicans who deal with Biden frequently, never seem to imply that Biden is feeble minded or off as obviously the sources you favor emphasize.
