Merrick Garland appoints special prosecutor.

Weiss was appointed by Trump.

There is no section 6003 in the Ethics in Government Act.

Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR)

28 CFR Part 600 - PART 600—GENERAL POWERS OF SPECIAL COUNSEL

It's a federal REGULATION.

It is not part of any law passed in 1978.
Regulations exist but they are not passed by Congress.
Regulations have chapters and titles.

Yes, Pobre, it's Section 600.3...not Section 6003, as you erroneously posted.

28 CFR § 600.3 - Qualifications of the Special Counsel.

Dummy.

Do you think regulations created by a governmental department are laws passed by Congress?

Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR)

28 CFR § 600.3 - Qualifications of the Special Counsel. was created by the DoJ in 1999. It was not passed by Congress in 1978 as you claimed.

I don't know if any laws are broken, but it is AGAINST federal regulations. Are you arguing that we don't need regulations and they do not ever have to applied and Government can do whatever it fucking wants to?

Moron. :palm:

Any attorney General who violates Federal regulations can be removed from office, either by President request to resign, or impeachment if and when the President refuses to do his job.

Garland knows he can thumb his nose at the American voters and Republicans because Biden will do nothing as will the Democrat controlled Senate. That said, the stench of corruption will forever stain this AG and this Presidency.

Garland has conducted himself as Repubs did. He follows the law and runs a clean department. He is not like Trump's 6 pack of AGs. Trump hir and fired them until he found some that followed his orders even if they were illegal or unethical. trump is a horrible person and he does not care about America or his followers. He is using rightys like they are children.

Gosh, poopiehead. A regulation? You finally realized you were making an idiotic argument?
It's a regulation and not part of the 1978 Government in Ethics Act which is what I have been saying all along.

Now would you like to discuss the legal requirements in following regulations?
